This intensely complex coffee gets its name from the Red Caturra varietal picked at the peak of ripeness, but also for its intense cherry, red wine, and red delicious apple flavors.
This coffee comes to us from our friends at Gold Mountain, a social enterprise based in Jinotega who works closely with producers to have a positive social and environmental impact through high quality coffee. As a social enterprise, they work to benefit the farmers, their families, and the community through education and access to capital and other resources.
