Finca Los Angeles sits on the west side of Hoja Blanca, rising high enough that Mexico is nearly visible. Naturally occurring springs provide ample fresh water for processing. Arturo’s son Vielmann, an enthusiastic farmer, manages the land. After living in California for 11 years picking fruit, he decided to return to Cuilco to be with his father. Since then he has built more drying patios and purchased more land, expanding the farm to one day hand over to his three children.
Pastry sweetness and faint berry acidity, paired with deep chocolate notes. Great coffee for french press or pourover!
