Light bodied with tropical fruit notes of Papaya and Guava, and intense candy sweetness!
Carlos Montero and his family have worked in coffee for generations, helping to pioneer the rise of Micromills in Tarrazú. The Don Eli mill was built in 2014, and named for his father. Jacob has taken charge of the wet mill in recent years, and refined their technique including working with experimental processes like anaerobic fermentation. Coffees from Don Eli have won numerous awards in recent years, placing 6th in the Cup of Excellence last year!
