Ana Carolina’s farm, deep in the mountains of Nicaragua’s Jinotega region, is home to a crop of Red Catui trees with intense peach, honey and apple sweetness. Ana is a single mother who manages her farm on her own, and is working with Gold Mountain to expand and improve her operation. This includes building a wet mill in the coming years, as all of her coffee is milled with a hand-cranked depulper!
