This high altitude coffee has crisp lime zest and bergamot flavors, with good acidity and a light, tea-like body. Makes an excellent pourover, and quite tasty for espresso!
Following a bushfire, the Suke Quto farm was started by Tesfaye Bekele out of an effort to reforest and conserve the surrounding area. He recruited growers to intersperse coffee and shade tree seedlings, and has over the years built an environmentally and economically sustainable source of income for his community.
