Wilmar Castillo has worked in coffee most of his life, and the passion for coffee that he learned from his father shows in the coffee he grows today. Vista Al Bosque (Overlooking the Forest) sits on a ridge over the valley between his brothers’ farms, which he manages with his wife and son. This coffee is extremely sweet, with intense dark chocolate notes cooling into stone fruit and raisin.
