The Koke (pr. Koh-Kay) washing station provides income for roughly 1200 smallholder farms, and consistently produces amazing coffees! Since 2015 they have consistently grown and made improvements to processing techniques, with the construction of a new facility in 2020 located in Birbes Kela, overseen by Semira Negash.
The washed process Koke is crisp and clean, with intense pastry sweetness and lemony acidity. Great choice for pourover or Aeropress!
