Halo Beriti is a relatively new washing station in the heart of Yirgacheffe, managed by veteran coffee farmer Abeyot Ageze, who still operates his own farm as well. His coffee is processed there along with 520 or so smallholder farms, most of which are under 1 hectare. This is an amazingly crisp and vibrant coffee, with notes of Hibiscus, Peach, and lemon.
