Doña Cecilia has always been surrounded by coffee and animals, two things she says bring her great joy. Growing up she spent time learning traditional farming methods from her parents, and creating decorations for coffee festival parade floats. She now leads a group of female coffee farmers, and when she is not working on her own farm she travels to attend workshops and conferences, so she can bring new techniques and information back to her community. Thanks to our friends at Cosecha Traders we brought Cecilia's coffee to the US for the first time last year, and we're thrilled to have it back again!
Look for notes of clementine and melon, with a delicate marshmallow sweetness in this bright, complex coffee. Great for pourover (hot or iced) and also makes a great espresso!
