The Flair Neo Flex is an excellent intro to the world of home espresso. This isn't espresso-like, this surprisingly affordable brewer makes true espresso with actual crema. It includes their pressurized (red) portafilter which allows for high pressure extraction with a standard grinder, or if you have a higher end burr grinder you can use the 2 in 1 portafilter for full extraction control! This can be replaced with their stainless steel bottomless portafilter for even better results, and you can also upgrade to a piston with a pressure gauge for precise extraction.
